DUAL CREDIT & CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT 

DROP-IN & APPOINTMENT HOURS

 We meet with students both virtually and in-person as well as by appointment and through drop-in hours.

Appointments: Students can make an appointment through Student Hub: https://studenthub.unm.edu/ Use the instructions below to guide you.  If you're using a phone, the steps are the same - just keep in mind the layout may look a little different.  If you would like to view detailed instructions with screenshots to help guide you, please see the UNM Student Hub Schedule/Cancel Appointment Guide.  You can also use this guide to help you make appointments with other advisement centers besides the Transfer & Transition Student Center (i.e., other resource centers of based on your major).

FUTURE/PROSPECTIVE/RETURNING UNM STUDENTS WITHOUT AN ACTIVE UNM NETID & PASSWORD 

  •  Go to Student Hub: https://studenthub.unm.edu/.
  • If you have never created a UNM Student Hub account before, please follow steps 1-3 below.  If you have an existing Prospective Student Hub account, skip to step 4. 
  1. Click on "Create a Login here."
  2. Provide the requested information and then click "Sign Up."
  3. Verify your new account in Student Hub by entering the Verification Code that was emailed to you.  After you hit "Verify," you will be directed to your Student Hub homepage.  Skip to Step 4 to continue.
  4. Log in with your username and password.  Your username is the email address you used to create your Student Hub account.
  5. Click on "Schedule Appointment" at the top of your Student Hub homepage, then click "Next."
  6. Select "By UNM Resource Center" and click "Next."
  7. Search for "Transfer & Transition Student Center."  Once found, make sure it is selected and then click "Next."
  8. If you are planning on transferring to UNM, click on "Transfer/Branch Transition."  If you are a high school student and plan to apply to the Dual Credit Program, click on "Dual Credit in High School."  Type in your reason for making the appointment, then click "Next."
  9. Select an Appointment Modality: Choose either In-Person or Virtual-Video (ZOOM).  Do not select Phone-we only do appointments In-Person or Virtual-Video (ZOOM)
  10. Select Appointment Time:  Use the arrows in the upper-right corner of the calendar area to scroll through different weeks until you find a day and time that works for you.  Once you have found a time, click on it to select itm then click "Next."
  11. Review Appointment:  Check to make sure that all the info is correct.  If this is your first appointment, you may need to add your date of birth before you can continue.  Click "Next."
  12. Your appointment is set!  Click "Done."
NOTE - If you need to cancel your appointment, please click on "Home" in the upper-left hand corner of your Student Hub Account.   You can see your upcoming appointment(s) on the lower right-hand side of the page.  Click on the arrow on the right-hand side of the appointment you wish to cancel.  Click Cancel Appointment and confirm the cancellation by clicking Cancel Appointment in the pop-up window.

CURRENT UNM STUDENTS WITH A UNM NETID & PASSWORD 

  1. Go to Student Hub Resources: https://studenthub.unm.edu/ 
  2. Click on "NetID Student Login"
  3. If prompted, log in with your NetID and password.  Otherwise it should take you directly to your homepage in Student Hub.
  4. Click on "Access Advisement."
  5. Click on "Get Connected" in the section titled, "Schedule with Another Office."
  6. Select "By UNM Resource Center" and click "Next."
  7. Search for "Transfer & Transition Student Center."  Once found, make sure it is selected and then click "Next."
  8. If you are planning on transferring to UNM, click on "Transfer/Branch Transition."  If you are a high school student and plan to apply to the Dual Credit Program, click on "Dual Credit in High School."  Type in your reason for making the appointment, then click "Next."

Drop-In Hours: Students simply drop in during the hours listed below.  Students can choose to attend in-person or virtually during any of our drop-in hour blocks.  Students are seen in the order by which they arrive.  If a student wants to attend "in-person", they can come to the Transfer & Transition Student Center (UAEC, Suite 170) and check in at the kiosk located at the front desk.  If a student would like to attend "virtually", they can go to this ZOOM link during drop-in hours: https://goto.unm.edu/ttscadvise
