Core Curriculum
This form outlines Core Curriculum requirements for all UNM students.

Qualifying Category
Students approaching eligibility requirements (Students must be admitted to a degree granting college by the time they reach 64 hours earned or 72 hours attempted.)in University College may require a Qualifying Category. (This allows students one semester in University College to complete oustanding requirements to be admitted to their degree granting college. If students are more than one semester from applying to their degree granting college they may be required to move into an alternate college until they can apply to their degree granting college. Qualifying Category Contracts can only be granted by University College advisors).

GPA Calculation
Use this form to help calcuate your UNM GPA!

Coursework Overload Request
This form is used when students would like to take more than 18 hours during the Fall or Spring semesters or more than 9 hours during the summer.

University College Probation Contract
Students who are below a 2.0 GPA are required to fill out this contract with their advisor.

Schedule Proposal for Advisement
Use this form to review with your advisor which courses you plan on taking during future semesters.

University College Second Chance Program
The Second Chance program is designed to allow students who have been suspended to take 6 replacement hours during their suspension semester. Students will be notified via email and mail to let them know if they are eligible for this program.

Withdrawal with Dean’s Approval
Students who wish to drop a course after the deadline and before school ends must have their instructor sign this form and turn in a yellow card requesting to drop their course(s). Students must also turn in a statement as to why they wish to drop their course(s). If approved students must then pick up and turn in the yellow card with the Deans signature to One Stop to drop the course officially.

Advising Syllabus
As you begin your educational career at UNM, it is essential to become familiar with the academic advisement process. All students are expected to become partners with their advisors as they map out the path they will follow to successfully complete core requirements, apply to a degree granting college, and graduate with a Bachelor’s degree.
